Cyclopark for
Kent County Council
-

Working closely with Locum Consulting, we developed the name and brand for an Activity Park in Gravesham, Kent. This was guided by the work that Locum produced for the Destination Action Plan.

Consisting of a skate park, bmx track, mountain bike tracks, speed circuits, cafe and hire facilities, the park’s brand needed to appeal to a broad audience. We decided to adopted a Russian doll approach using the word ‘Cyclo’ followed by another word to fit with each area of the park.

We have completed full brand guidelines for the project and have produced a digital strategy to help grow an online community of potential users before the park opens in 2012. This strategy includes all social media aspects and a 3 phase stage to produce the website, leading up to the opening of the park.

“B&L have exceeded my expectations and delivered a great website. They have always followed through when asked and have been both professional and friendly to boot. B&L provided a great team who were imaginative and creative as well as able to deliver on time and to budget!
B&L are great to work with!”

“I have no hesitation in endorsing, indeed praising Bolland and Lowe. I first worked with them in developing a brand identity for the A2 Activity Park in Kent, re-branded as result of our joint work as Cyclopark.  B&L constantly exceeded my expectations, from start to finish, in both the quality and quantity of their outputs, and they were a pleasure to work with.
I was so pleased that I am using them for comprehensive re-branding and product design work for my family’s retail business in South Africa (Africa Blue).
We have all been very pleased with the results of that as well.”
