15 is the magic number! All three of my daughters were born on the 15th of the month. My first was born 2 weeks overdue on the 15th, my second was a day early on the 15th and my third waited until twenty minutes after midnight on the 15th until she graced the world, this must be my lucky number!
Sweaty socks and bleeding nipples – these are some of the many joys of running, this is what I love to do to relax!
I am wearing my branding/business hat here, I admire how Innocent do things in the world of business, marketing and life in general. I have recently read A Book About Innocent: Our Story and Some Things We’ve Learned, which is a great read about their alternative approach to business.
This is one of a set of 2 original bucket chairs that I’ve bought to reupholster. This is the 4th project that I’ve embarked on combining nostalgic pieces with a contemporary twist. We are going to do something funky for the studio with these but not yet decided what to do with them. All ideas welcome!

Printmaking has always been of interest to me especially screen printing. This is something that we don’t get much chance to work on day to day. But John and I are starting a course at the Bluecoat Gallery next week (29 July) to produce some personal artworks, so keep a check back here for some work.
I was debating whether to put this one in depending on what he decided to do this season but all clear now Stevie G is staying! These were bought on auction at a charity doo by a slightly tipsy Mr Lowe (he doesn’t even like football) but thought I might like them, Nice one John!
Joe heads the creative and artwork team in the agency. He graduated from the University of Salford in 2000 and within three years of working full time in the industry started his own business in partnership with John. The business started in a small way, literally in a back bedroom. However, within a year, Joe’s creative drive was a key factor in the company taking offices in Liverpool’s creative quarter, the Ropewalks. Joe’s passion covers creative design, new media and printmaking although we are sure his DIY and building skills will be included before long, as he is about to start his next 5 year decorating plan for Carla and their three daughters.
